Red chili – 1 cup
Coriander seeds – 1 cup
Garlic – 10-12
Curry leaves – 10-15
Oil – 2 tsp
salt – as per taste

Red Chutney Recipe
According to the video recipe, first of all take a nonstick pan/griddle and heat some oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, break the stem and put red chilies in it. After this add coriander seeds and roast. Now mix garlic, curry leaves and salt as per taste in the pan. Now stir this mixture with the help of a ladle and roast it for 10 minutes. After this turn off the gas. Take out all the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down.
